摘要
LM系列航改型燃气轮机广泛应用于国内区域型天然气分布式能源系统,但在实际运行过程中,受运行维护经验不足、运行环境差异以及设备自身缺陷等影响,LM系列燃机可靠性不及预期,特别是燃机本体重大故障时有发生,造成机组长时间停运,严重影响分布式能源企业的生产运营。为助力分布式能源企业提高燃机可靠性,改善设备管理水平,避免发生重大故障,针对国内LM系列燃机实际运行中出现过的压气机叶片断裂、燃料喷嘴堵塞、燃机轴承损坏等典型故障,介绍了故障现象,分析了故障成因,从水油品质检测和监督、关键部位和故障多发部件的例行检查和维护、设备隐患消除等方面提出了处理措施和防范建议。通过对典型故障的剖析,有利于已投产或在建分布式能源项目学习借鉴,有助于实现设备管理水平的提升,避免发生同类故障,保障航改型燃气轮机安全、可靠、稳定运行。
LM series aero-derivative gas turbines are widely used in regional natural gas distributed energy system.However,due to the lack of operation and maintenance experience,the differences of operating environment and equipment defects,the reliability of LM series aero-derivative gas turbines in the actual operation process in China is less than expected.In particular,major failures of LM series aero-derivative gas turbine occur frequently,which seriously affect the production and operation of distributed energy enterprises.Aiming at the typical faults of LM series gas turbines in the actual operation in China,such as fracture of compressor blades,blocking of fuel nozzle and failure of bearing,this paper introduces the phenomena of the faults,analyzes the causes of the faults,and puts forward the treatment measures and prevention suggestions.These suggestions include inspection and supervision of water and oil,routine inspection and maintenance of key parts and malfunction prone points,and elimination of hidden troubles.Through the analysis of typical faults,this paper is helpful for distributed energy projects that have been in production or under construction to learn from each other,and it is conducive to improve the level of equipment management,avoid similar faults and ensure the reliable and stable operation of aero-derivative gas turbines.
