早期磨削痂联合负压封闭引流治疗老年深Ⅱ度烧伤合并糖尿病的效果 被引量:2

Effect of early eschar grinding combined with negative pressure sealing drainage on elderly patients with deep second degree burn complicated by diabetes

摘要 目的分析早期磨削痂联合负压封闭引流治疗老年深Ⅱ度烧伤合并糖尿病的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2021年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九〇医院收治的老年深Ⅱ度烧伤合并糖尿病患者65例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)和研究组(n=33)。对照组予以早期磨削痂联合常规换药治疗,研究组予以早期磨削痂联合负压封闭引流治疗。对比两组疗效、创面愈合率、创面细菌感染率。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率(96.97%,32/33)较对照组(75.00%,24/32)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.861,P=0.028<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d后,研究组创面愈合率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,研究组创面细菌感染率(3.03%,1/33)较对照组(25.00%,8/32)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年深Ⅱ度烧伤合并糖尿病患者予以早期磨削痂联合负压封闭引流,可加快创面愈合。 Objective To analyze the effect of early eschar grinding combined with negative pressure sealing drainage on elderly patients with deep second degree burn complicated by diabetes. Methods From January 2017 to December 2021, 65 elderly patients with deep second degree burn combined with diabetes in the 990th Hospital of the Joint Support Force were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 33 cases in the study group and 32 cases in the control group. The control group was given early eschar grinding combined with routine dressing change, and the study group was given early eschar grinding combined with negative pressure sealing drainage. The curative effect, wound healing rate and bacterial infection rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.97%(32/33), which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%, 24/32)(P<0.05). After 7 days and 14 days of treatment, the wound healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 14 days of treatment, the bacterial infection rate of wound in the study group was 3.03%(1/33), which was lower than that in the control group(25.00%, 8/32, P<0.05). Conclusions Early eschar grinding combined with vacuum sealing drainage can accelerate wound healing in elderly patients with deep second degree burn complicated by diabetes.
