摘要
伺服系统主要由控制器、执行器、传感器和信号处理器等组成。伺服系统在多普勒天气雷达中扮演着举足轻重的角色,其性能优劣与故障率的高低直接关系到雷达探测信号业务的顺利进行以及设备的使用寿命。因此,对伺服系统的研究和维护显得尤为重要。基于此,本文在伺服系统功能组成的基础上,探讨了伺服系统故障分类及分析方法,以及伺服系统对应故障案例排查及维修保障,以期为日后同类型伺服系统故障排查提供参考借鉴。
A servo system mainly consists of a controller,actuator,sensor,signal processor,and other components.The servo system plays a pivotal role in Doppler weather radars.Its performance and failure rate are directly related to the smooth operation of radar detection signal services and the lifespan of the equipment.Therefore,research and maintenance of the servo system are particularly important.Based on the functional composition of the servo system,this article discusses the classification and analysis methods of servo system failures,as well as the troubleshooting and maintenance support for corresponding servo system failure cases.It aims to provide a reference for future troubleshooting of similar servo system failures.
