基于大数据的地方电网电能量采集系统量化评价体系研究 被引量:2

摘要 当下,电网用户采集系统扮演着十分重要的角色,其应用效果评估体系有助于综合衡量各电网用采系统水平。首先给出用采系统量化评价相关的基础理论,然后以技术、经济、管理以及社会效益四大类指标为研究对象,细分23类子指标,并给出指标赋值方法。最后基于大数据技术,结合熵值法与灰色理论对地方电网用采系统建立量化评价体系,并给出案例分析。通过5个公司的案例,利用客观的熵值法赋权,通过灰色关联分析法计算5家公司23个指标的关联系数,计算得5个公司综合得分分别为:60.9%,66.5%,61.4%,57.6%和56.9%,评价排名为:B公司>C公司>A公司>D公司>E公司。研究结果不仅可以提供各地方电网用采水平排名,也能为电网进一步建设和改进用采系统提供建议。 At present,the power grid user acquisition system plays a very important role,and its application effect evaluation system helps to comprehensively measure the level of each power grid user acquisition system.The basic theory of quantitative evaluation of mining system is given first,and then technology,economy,management and social benefits are taken as the research object,23 kinds of sub indexes are subdivided,and the index assignment method is given.Finally,based on the big data technology,combined with entropy method and grey theory,the quantitative evaluation system of local power grid mining system is established,and a case study is given.Through the cases of five companies,using the objective entropy method to weight,and the gray correlation analysis method to calculate the correlation coefficient of 23 indicators of five companies,the comprehensive scores of the five companies are 60.9%,66.5%,61.4%,57.6%and 56.9%,and the evaluation ranking is:Company B>Company C>Company A>Company D>Company E.The research results can not only provide the ranking of local power grid utilization and mining level,but also provide suggestions for the further construction and improvement of power grid utilization and mining system.
