摘要
核电站安全系统相关调试工作的进度安排、一次试验成功率等是制约核电站调试工期的关键因素。为了应对调试期间上下游工艺系统状态限制,田湾核电站3、4号机组基于安全级DCS系统功能测试模型,通过软件脚本构建安全系统的测试工况,大幅降低了试验的准备难度。同时使用测试脚本批量触发信号,可以精确控制测试需要触发的安全功能和工艺设备,降低试验风险,缩短试验工期。
The schedule and success rate of commissioning work related to the safety system are the key factors restricting the commissioning period in nuclear power plant.In order to cope with the state restrictions of the upstream and downstream process systems during commissioning,Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant Units 3&4 build the test condition of safety system through software script based on the functional test model of the safety DCS system.The preparation difficulty of the test is greatly reduced.At the same time,the use of Test script to trigger signals in batches can accurately control the safety functions and process equipment that need to be triggered during the test,reduce the test risk and shorten the test duration.
