摘要
阐述了田湾核电站3、4号机组汽轮机轴振大保护停机逻辑以及轴振信号采集分配过程的概况;同时对轴振信号采集方式上单一(单卡)故障可能触发的隐患进行了研究,提出具体的优化改造方案。改造后的轴振信号配置更加合理,且轴振保护可靠性得到提升,技术方案可以在行业内推广使用。
This paper describes the shutdown logic of large protection of steam turbine shaft vibration and the general situation of acquisition and distribution process of shaft vibration signal of unit 3,4 of tianwan nuclear power station. At the same time, the hidden danger which may be triggered by single fault(single card fault) in shaft vibration signal acquisition is studied, and the concrete optimization and transformation measures are put forward. After the transformation, the shaft vibration signal configuration is more reasonable, and the reliability of shaft vibration protection is improved. The technical scheme can be promoted and used in the industry.
