摘要
阐述由于电力行业市场环境的变化,电力设计企业从单一设计业务转型开展工程总承包业务成为必然趋势,探讨企业从项目的技术方案、标准、参数、设备管理等方面着力开展工作,发挥技术优势,有效提升总承包项目管理水平,从而形成设计为龙头的核心竞争力。
This paper expounds that due to the changes in the market environment of the power industry,it is an inevitable trend for power design enterprises to transform from a single design business to carry out EPC business,and discusses that enterprises should focus on carrying out work from the aspects of project technical scheme,standards,parameters and equipment management,give full play to their technical advantages and effectively improve the management level of EPC projects,so as to form the core competitiveness with design as the leader.
