摘要
阐述计算机技术应用在企业人事管理工作中,能够促进专业人员工作能力的提升,从而有助于大幅度的提升工作的质量和效果,从而促进人事管理工作的规范化。
This paper expounds that the application of computer technology in enterprise personnel management can promote the improvement of professional staff’s working ability,which is helpful to greatly improve the quality and effect of work,so as to promote the standardization of personnel management.
