摘要
阐述在开展思想政治教育工作时,应坚持以学生为本,重视人文关怀,采取更加个性化的手段来提升思想政治教育水平,以此达到高校人才综合性的培养目的。
This paper expounds that in the ideological and political education work,we should adhere to the student-oriented,pay attention to humanistic care,take more personalized means to improve the level of Ideological and political education,in order to achieve the purpose of comprehensive training of talents in Colleges and universities.
