轮胎动态负荷能力监控技术研究的进展 被引量:1

Review of research on tire dynamic load capacity monitoring technology

摘要 中国进入了汽车高速增长期,年增长势头强劲,车辆违法超载现象也越演越烈,针对在汽车行驶过程中,轮胎动态负荷超过轮胎动态负荷能力随时会引发爆胎等影响生命安全的重大交通事故等问题,开展轮胎动态负荷能力监控技术的研究,研究了轮胎压力、负荷、负荷能力3类轮胎动态负荷能力监控技术在国内外新动向,结果表明现有监控技术无法准确获得汽车行驶过程中轮胎动态负荷能力。该研究为轮胎动态负荷能力监控技术的深入研究提供技术支持和方法借鉴,为保障轮胎安全性能、汽车行驶安全及道路交通安全提供有效措施。 China has entered a period of high-speed automobile growth.The annual growth momentum is strong,and the vehicle overload is becoming more and more serious.Aiming to the problems of during driving,when the tire dynamic load exceed tire dynamic load capacity,a major traffic accident such as a flat tire that affects life safety can be triggered at any time,proposed research on tire dynamic load capacity monitoring technology,and by researching new progresses of domestic and foreign of three kinds of tire dynamic load capacity monitoring technology of tire pressure、tire load and tire load capacity.The research shows that existing monitoring technology inability to accurately measure tire dynamic load capacity during driving.The research provide technical support and method reference for further study on tire dynamic load capacity monitoring technology,which is an effective measure to ensure tire safety performance,vehicle driving safety and road traffic safety.
