摘要
在全自动生化分析仪的检测过程中,移液精度是一项非常关键的指标,其精度高低直接影响到生化分析的结果,而在使用一次性耗材(tip头)的情况下,其抓取精度会直接影响移液精度。耗材抓取精度一般从两方面进行提升:定位精度优化和耗材本身结构优化。在基于定位精度优化下采用电机芯片TMC2660PA的力矩检测功能对耗材扎取技术进行优化,通过比重法分别检验室温下使用和不使用该项功能下的移液精度。数据结果显示在使用力矩检测功能的情况下移液精度更高,稳定性也更高,因此该项力矩检测功能对于耗材抓取精度有一定优化作用。
During the detection process of the automatic biochemical analyzer,the accuracy of pipetting is a very important index,and its accuracy directly affects the results of biochemical analysis.In the case of using disposable consumables(tips),its grasping accuracy will directly affect pipetting accuracy.The grasping accuracy of consumables is generally improved from two aspects:optimization of positioning accuracy and optimization of the structure of the consumables themselves.In this paper,based on the optimization of positioning accuracy,the torque detection function of the motor chip TMC2660PA is used to optimize the consumables extraction technology.,and the specific gravity method is used to check the pipetting accuracy at room temperature with and without this function.The data results show that when using the torque detection function,the pipetting accuracy is higher and the stability is higher.Therefore,the torque detection function is optimized for the consumables grasping accuracy.
