摘要
E型交流接触器常用于频繁接通和分断中小容量交流主电路,电磁系统材料利用率较低且吸合过程触头弹跳剧烈。E型斜极面铁心中柱与边柱斜面角度、方向之间存在着一定关系,若设计不当将导致铁心受到电磁吸力横向分量的影响,使吸合不稳定。建立多物理场耦合仿真模型,采用多策略融合的粒子群算法,从铁心斜面角度、分磁环结构以及节能节材等多因素考虑,对E型斜极面铁心结构的交流接触器电磁系统进行优化设计,根据优化结果制作了样机并进行实验验证。结果表明,优化后的斜极面交流接触器能够达到节能节材,减轻触头弹跳的目的,具有良好的动态特性和经济效益。
E-type AC contactors are often used to frequently connect and disconnect medium and small capacity AC main circuits.The material utilization rate of the electromagnetic system is low and the contacts bounce is violent during the closing process.However,there is a certain slope angle and direction relationship between the center column and the side columns in E-type iron core with inclined pole sutface.If the design is improper,the iron core will be affected by the lateral component of electromagnetic attractive force which makes the closing process unstable.The multi-physics coupling joint simulation model is established.On the basis of considering the factors such as the angle of core inclined plane,magnetic ringstructure and energy and material saving,the electromagnetic system is optimized with the multi-strategy fusion particle swarm algorithm.According to the optimized results,a prototype is made and verified by experiments.The results show that the optimized inclined pole surface AC contactor can save energy and materials,reduce contact bounce,and has good dynamic characteristics and economic benefits.
