摘要
目的观察和评价分析对乙酰氨基酚治疗某部队医院地方性氟骨症临床效果,为氟骨症治疗提供有效药物。方法选取2017年12月到2019年4月某部队医院收治的地方性氟骨症患者160例。按照有无改善用水源分为研究组和对照组各80例。2组患者均给予营养支持如补充维生素、蛋白质和钙素,指导患者加强自身关节肌肉功能锻炼,研究组采用改善用水源联合治疗药品对乙酰氨基酚片,对照组未采用改善用水联合治疗药品对乙酰氨基酚片。观察治疗的效果,及治疗前后关节活动受限和VAS疼痛值变化。观察并记录患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果研究组患者治疗效果明显高于对照组,其中研究组患者治疗总有效率为93.75%(75/80),对照组患者治疗总有效率为81.25%(65/80)。两组患者治疗前后膝关节活动功能评分均有明显提高,与治疗前相比,研究组患者提高更明显,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后VAS疼痛值均有明显降低,研究组患者降低更明显,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论通过某部队医院患者实施改善用水联合对乙酰氨基酚片可以缓解地方性氟骨症的关节疼痛症状,对轻度患者临床表现改善的作用更明显,副作用小,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Parncetamol in the treatment of endemic skeletal fluorosis in a military hospital,so as to provide effective drugs for the treatment of skeletal fluorosis.Methods 160 cases of endemic skeletal fluorosis admitted to a military hospital from December 2017 to April 2019 were selected.According to whether the water source is improved or not,80 cases are divided into study group and control group.Patients in both groups were given nutritional support,such as vitamin supplements,protein and calcium,to guide patients to strengthen their joint muscle function exercise.The research group was treated with Parncetamol,an improved water-use combination therapy drug,while the control group was not treated with Parncetamol,an improved water-use combination therapy drug.To observe the effect of treatment and the changes of joint motion limitation and VAS pain value before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,in which the total treatment response rate of the study group was 93.75%(75/80),and the total treatment response rate of the control group was 81.25%(65/80).Before and after treatment,the knee motion function scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved,compared with before treatment,the improvement of the study group patients was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS pain value decreased significantly before and after treatment in both groups,and more significantly in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved water combined with Parncetamol tablets can relieve the joint pain symptoms of endemic skeletal fluorosis by patients in a military hospital,and has a more obvious effect on the clinical performance improvement of mild patients with fewer side effects,which is worthy of promotion and application.
