摘要
本文通过对学科的历史与现实考察认为,现代学科既代表特定类别的知识体系,同时又具有人的培养与规训内涵。知识生产的认识论与社会化逻辑,是构成学科分类与划界的基本依据,也是促成学科日益专深化、学科之间交叉与融合,继而再细分的动力机制。目前世界各国学科目录结构体系各具特色,反映了其在设计理念、结构与功能上的差异性。对于我国而言,淡化学科目录的刚性规制取向,实现管理与人才培养脱钩,并进一步下放高校学科设置与人才培养的权力,是顺应知识生产、学科结构演变趋势,以及培养高层次专门人才的合理抉择。
After studying the history and current practices,it concludes that modern academic disciplines not only represent different specific types of knowledge system,but also have the connotation of personnel training and disciplining.The logic of epistemology and socialization in knowledge production serve as the basis for the classification and demarcation of disciplines,and further act as the dynamic mechanism that leads to the deepening of disciplines,integration and then more subdivision between disciplines.At present,the classification of disciplines varies among countries.The distinctive features reflect the differences in design concept,structure and function.As for China,it would be a reasonable choice to blur the clear-cut boundary of different disciplines,unhook the connections between management and personnel training,and give more autonomy to the higher education institutions in setting up disciplines and training personnel,in order to be in line with the trend of knowledge production,the evolution of discipline structure and the training of high-level professionals.
