摘要
目前国内轨道交通预制板轨道的隔离层材料采用的是高速铁路预制板轨道中的土工布方案,其隔离层材料的选择和设置并未考虑针对直流牵引制式下的杂散电流防护问题,从而造成部分杂散电流泄露。针对此问题,提出一种在装配式轨道结构轨道板下采用四羟络合酯喷涂型隔离材料的全新方案,以替代传统的土工布隔离材料。通过设计相应的室内模型试验方案,对材料的绝缘性能进行测试。模型试验结果表明:四羟络合酯作为板下隔离材料,轨道结构的绝缘性能相比土工布有大幅提高,从而能更好地增强直流牵引制式下杂散电流防护能力。研究成果可为今后城市轨道交通装配式轨道杂散电流的防护设计提供借鉴和参考。
Currently,the isolation layer material of the prefabricated slab track of domestic rail transit uses the geotextile scheme in high-speed railways.The selection and setting of the isolation layer material do not consider the stray current protection problem under DC traction systems,resulting in stray current leaks.Addressing this problem,this study proposes a scheme of using tetrahydroxy complex ester spray-type insulation material under the track plate of the prefabricated track structure to replace the traditional geotextile insulation material.Here,the insulation performance of the material was tested by designing the corresponding indoor model test scheme.The model test results show that,when tetrahydroxy complex ester is used as the insulation material under the plate,the insulation performance of the track structure greatly improves compared with that when the geotextile is used as the insulation material,which can better improve the stray current protection ability under DC traction systems.The results can serve as a good reference for future protection designs of the stray current of urban rail transit prefabricated tracks.
