摘要
为改善异步电机控制系统在定子电阻变化时的定子磁链定向精度问题,结合基于物理和基于模型的方法,提出一种异步电机定子电阻在线辨识算法。该算法通过在机端进行测量和计算,并消除由定子电阻参数不准确造成的无功功率作用力误差,从而迭代得出定子电阻实际值。与现有的基于无功功率的模型参考自适应辨识方法相比,该定子电阻在线辨识算法具有结构简单、计算量小的优点,并且具有良好的快速性和收敛性。最后通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和快速控制原型实验验证了所提辨识算法的正确性和有效性。
In order to improve the accuracy of stator flux orientation in induction motor control system when the stator resistance varys,an online stator resistance estimation algorithm based on reactive power is proposed in this paper.This method combines physical and model-based methods to eliminate the error of reactive torque caused by stator resistance mismatch,thus the accurate value of stator resistance can be obtained iteratively.Compared with existing model reference adaptive estimation methods based on reactive power,the proposed method has the advantages of simple structure and less computation burden,and good convergence and rapidity.Finally,the correctness and validity of proposed algorithm is verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation and rapid control prototype experiment.
