摘要
新时代党的领导以全面领导为特征,以法治化为基本方向,推进党的领导法治化具有必要性和紧迫性。目前党的领导法治化进程取得了明显进展,但也存在一定不足,迫切需要在党的领导法治化进程中聚焦突出问题,取得更大改善。在新时代推进党的领导法治化进程中,必须明确党的领导的科学内涵,完善党的领导法律法规制度体系,进一步改革党的领导的体制机制,完善党的领导的配套制度体系,以党的领导法治化带动法治国家、法治政府、法治社会的一体化建设,使党全面领导目标得到更快更好的实现。
In the new era,Party leadership is characterized by comprehensive leadership and takes the rule of law as basic direction.It is necessary and urgent to promote Party leadership under the rule of law.At present,obvious progress has been made in the process of Party leadership under the rule of law.However,there are also certain deficiencies.The resulting mistakes in decision-making are still common.It is imperative to focus on the prominent problems and achieve greater improvements in this process.In my opinion,in the process of promoting Party leadership under the rule of law in the new era,we must clarify the scientific connotation of Party leadership,perfect the system of laws and regulations of Party leadership,further reform the system and mechanism of Party leadership,and improve the supporting system of Party leadership,so as to promote the integration of the country,government and society under the rule of law,and realize the goal of comprehensive leadership faster and better.
