摘要
"线上+线下"混合式教学是一种"多维交互"、"以生为本"与"过程控制"型的教学新模式。但是混合式教学存在整合性不足,导致了学习体验不佳;技术智能化的不足导致学习者主体性与个性化被遮蔽;教学评价方式的单一导致学生的学习热情不高等局限性。为化解这些局限性,需要对教学过程进行多维融合,提升混合式教学过程的连续性;需要按照"各安其位、各司其职"的方式调整师生角色与职责;需要以"多元化与适切性"为原则完善混合式教学的评价机制。
"Online+offline"hybrid teaching is a new teaching mode of"multi-dimensional interaction","student-oriented"and"process control".However,the lack of integration in hybrid teaching leads to poor learning experience;the lack of technical intelligence leads to the obscuration of learners’subjectivity and individuality;the single teaching evaluation method leads to the limitations of students’learning enthusiasm.It is necessary to integrate the teaching process in multiple dimensions to improve the continuity of the hybrid teaching process;to improve the evaluation mechanism of Hybrid Teaching Based on the principle of"diversity and Appropriateness".
