摘要
目的:探讨基于现代信息化混合式课堂在护理礼仪与人际沟通课程中的应用效果。方法:选择高职护理专业19级在校学生,19级18个班785名学生作为对照组,运用的是传统混合式教学方法。19级涉外护理班54名学生作为试验组,实行基于现代信息化混合式课堂教学,教学结束后,分别对两组学生综合评价,包括考试考核成绩,护理礼仪与人际沟通知识掌握率,理论知识、实践技能运用率,整体教学质量评价。结果:试验组理论实践考核成绩及综合能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对专业知识学习过程,实践技能运用,整体教学方法等教学质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过运用现代信息化混合式教学法在《护理礼仪与人际沟通》课程中应用可提高学生学习兴趣,促进护理礼仪、人际沟通知识掌握率,提升理论与实践综合能力成绩,正确运用护理礼仪、人际沟通,提高教学质量,有利于促进护理专业人文课程改革。
Objective:to explore the effect of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication based on modern information hybrid classroom.Methods:785 nursing students of grade 19 and 18 classes were selected as the control group,and the traditional mixed teaching method was used.The Test Group consisted of 53 students in the foreign-related nursing class of grade 19.After the teaching,the students in the two groups were evaluated comprehensively,including the results of examination,the mastery rate of knowledge of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication,theoretical knowledge,practical skills utilization rate,the overall teaching quality evaluation.Results:The results of theoretical and practical assessment and the comprehensive ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the Control Group(P≪0.05).The teaching quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the Control Group(P≪0.05).Conclusion:The application of modern information-based mixed teaching method in the course of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication can improve students’learning interest and promote the mastery rate of knowledge of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication,to improve the comprehensive ability of theory and practice,to use nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication correctly,to improve the quality of teaching,is helpful to promote the reform of nursing humanities course.
