摘要
构建以"产教融合、校企合作"为核心的现代职业教育体系,应该借鉴西方现代学徒制经验,组织全国职业教育的专家学者,吃透现代职业教育体系,搞好顶层设计;在此基础上明确政府、企业和学校的(或政府、行业协会、企业、学校)各自的职责(包括经费保障),开展试点;总结试点经验、完善顶层设计和相关立法,用法治把"产教融合、校企合作"要求落实到位,从而建立起现代职业教育体系。
To build a modern vocational education system with the core of "integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation",we should learn from the western modern apprenticeship experience,organize experts and scholars of national vocational education,thoroughly understand the modern vocational education system,and do a good job in the top-level design;on this basis,we should make clear the respective responsibilities (including financial guarantee) of the government,enterprises and schools (or the government,industry associations,enterprises,schools) In order to establish a modern vocational education system,we should summarize the experience of the pilot,improve the top-level design and relevant legislation,and implement the requirements of "integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation".
