摘要
教学督导是对于学校教学的监督与指导,教学督导模式是教学质量监控的一个重要手段。本文以南京城市职业学院的督导模式为例,分析高职院校教学督导的现状和存在的问题,尝试通过建立督导团队,完善督导制度、督导过程及绩效评估等方式,来建立健全高职院校的教学督导模式,重新发挥教学督导在教学质量上"守护神"的重要作用。
Teaching supervision is the supervision and guidance of school teaching,and teaching supervision mode is an important means of teaching quality supervision.This paper takes the supervision mode of Nanjing City Vocational College as an example,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges,and tries to establish and improve the teaching supervision mode of higher vocational colleges through the establishment of supervision team,improvement of supervision system,supervision process and performance evaluation,so as to give full play to the important role of teaching supervision in teaching quality.
