课程思政融入农村干部开放教育教学的实践探索——以农村社会学课程为例 被引量:2

摘要 推行课程思政的过程中应关注培养对象特性,注重因材施教。作为开放教育的特殊培养对象,农村干部在学习过程中表现出入学具有政策鼓励性、学习需求指向性明确、思想观念稳定等特点。基于此,阐述了课程思政融入农村干部开放教育的重要性,分析了农村干部学习特点,提出了构建“知识+能力+素养”教学目标体系、课程思政融入教学内容、创新教学方法、发挥教师主体作用、构建学生主体参与机制的课程思政融入农村社会学课程的教学实践,以供参考。 In the process of implementing curriculum ideology and politics,we should pay attention to the characteristics of training objects and pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.As a special training object of open education,rural cadres show the characteristics of policy encouragement,clear learning needs orientation,and stable ideological concepts in the process of learning.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into the open education of rural cadres,analyzes the learning characteristics of rural cadres,and proposes the construction of a“knowledge+ability+literacy”teaching goal system,curriculum ideology and politics integrated into teaching content,innovative teaching methods,and development The main role of teachers and the construction of the main body participation mechanism of students are integrated into the teaching practice of rural sociology courses for reference.
