摘要
为解决变换器在升压模式时存在电流应力偏大的问题,基于梯度法构造电流应力和功率约束条件的方程组,得到可优化电流应力的扩展移相占空比组合;此外,考虑到移相角的突变会严重影响变换器的动态响应,通过改进移相角动态调整策略使变换器能够快速并稳定地过渡到新的稳定状态,抑制了直流偏磁,使其动态特性得到改善。最后,搭建实验平台进行验证,与单移相(SPS)控制和传统扩展移相(C-EPS)控制对比,证实了该方案的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of larger current stress when the converter works in boost mode,the combination of extended phase-shift duty cycles of optimized current stress is obtained by the equations of current stress and power constraints based on the gradient method.Moreover,the sudden change of phase-shift angle will seriously affect the dynamic response of the converter,the improved strategy of phase-shift angle is applied to enable the converter reach new stable state quickly and stably,DC magnetic bias is restrained,then its dynamic characteristics are improved.Finally.compared with single phase-shift(SPS)and conventional extended phase-shift(C-EPS)control,by building an experimental prototype,the proposed strategy is verified.
