摘要
针对煤矿井下供电电压等级多,各种设备的电源适用电压等级单一的问题,提出了一种矿用宽输入电压DC/DC变换电源。该变换电源前级使用三电平Buck电路,使得开关器件的电压应力降为输入电压的一半,以适用于宽输入电压等级;后级采用LLC谐振电路在实现开关器件的零电压开关(ZVS)开通和零电流开关(ZCS)关断的同时,起到高频电气隔离的作用。针对宽输入变换电源的控制,前级采用输入电压前馈PI控制,后级采用线性自抗扰控制(LADRC),使变换电源在实现宽输入电压的同时,有较强的适应负载变化的能力。仿真与实验结果证明,该变换电源能适应70~1300 V的交流输入电压范围,输出负载变化的适应性强。
Aiming at the problem that there are many power supply voltage levels in coal mine and the power supply of various equipment has a single applicable voltage level,a wide input voltage DC/DC conversion power supply for mining is proposed.The three-level Buck circuit is used in the front stage of the converter,so that the voltage stress of the switching device is reduced to half of the input voltage which is suitable for a wide input voltage level.The rear stage uses LLC resonant circuit to realize zero voltage switching(ZVS)turn on and zero current switching(ZCS)turn off of switching devices and also plays the role of high-frequency electrical isolation.For the control of wide input conversion power supply,the front stage uses input voltage feedforward PI control,and the rear stage uses linear auto disturbance rejection control(LADRC),so that the conversion power supply has a strong ability to adapt to load changes while realizing wide input voltage.The simulation and experimental results show that the converter can adapt to the 70~1300 V AC input voltage range and the output load adaptability is strong.
