摘要
文章对高速列车乘员-桌椅系统的二次碰撞过程进行了有限元仿真,研究了小桌打开和关闭两种状态下佩戴可分离型三点固定式安全带的乘员与小桌的相互作用,从而得到乘员与座椅间的碰撞安全空间,并基于安全空间提出了小桌改进方案。仿真结果表明:在同样佩戴可分离型三点固定式安全带的情况下,当传统小桌关闭时乘员能够得到很好的保护,打开时乘员头部损伤较大,而根据安全空间进行优化设计的新小桌无论打开或是关闭,乘员都能够得到很好的保护。
In this paper,the finite element simulation of the secondary collision process of occupant-table-seat system for high-speed train is carried out.The interaction between the occupant wearing separable three-point fixed seat belt and the small table is studied under the two states of opening and closing the small table,so as to obtain the collision safety space between the occupant and seats.Based on the safety space,an improvement scheme of the small table is proposed.The simulation results show that in the case of wearing separable three-point fixed seat belt,the occupant can be well protected when the traditional small table is closed,but the occupant’s head injury is large when it is opened.The new small table optimized according to the safety space can be well protected whether it is opened or closed.
