摘要
健康领域中,体育活动是促进幼儿身心健康、和谐发展的重要途径之一。2012年教育部制定的《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中明确指出关于幼儿"动作发展"的目标及内容,并对幼儿的动作发展提出了合适的教育建议。本文以"幼儿平衡能力发展"为研究对象,以幼儿的户外体育锻炼活动为途径,通过对研究的反思和梳理,发现幼儿体育基本动作的高效学习,能对幼儿平衡能力的提升发挥积极影响,对幼儿的身体素质发展具有重要的作用。
In the health field,physical activity is one of the important ways to promote the physical and mental health and harmonious development of young children.In 2012,the"Guidelines for Children’s Learning and Development of 3-6 Years Old"formulated by the Ministry of Education clearly pointed out the goals and content of children’s"motor development",and put forward appropriate educational suggestions for children’s motor development.This article takes"children’s balance ability development"as the research object and takes children’s outdoor physical exercise activities as a way.Through reflection and combing of the research,it is found that efficient learning of children’s basic sports movements can have a positive impact on the improvement of children’s balance ability,and plays an important role in the development of children’s physical fitness.
