摘要
幼儿教育是我国教育的开端,从认知、情感、性格、成长的培养角度分析,幼儿园的教育水平会对国民素质提升产生重要影响。幼儿园管理者应贯彻幼儿为本的理念,立足儿童真实发展,以推进特色建设为保障,结合幼儿教育五大领域,开展科学化、合理化幼儿园管理新模式,完善当前幼儿园教育体系,促使幼儿健康成长,为幼儿的发展奠定基础。
Early childhood education is the beginning of education in China.From the perspective of cognition,emotion,character and growth,the educational level of kindergartens will have an important impact on the improvement of national quality.Kindergarten managers should implement the child-centered concept,base on the real development of children,take promoting characteristic construction as the guarantee,and combine the five fields of early childhood education,carry out a new scientific and rational kindergarten management model,improve the current kindergarten education system,promote children’s healthy growth,and lay the foundation for children’s successful life.
