运用“学习故事”促进幼儿教师观察能力提升

摘要 在新时代背景下,人们对幼儿教育工作的重视程度明显提升,对幼儿教学提出更高的要求。幼儿教师是推动幼儿教育事业改革发展的决定性力量,幼儿教师的专业能力水平直接关系着幼儿的高质量成长。幼儿教师在编写学习故事时应对幼儿的交友、学习等行为进行仔细观察,并配合做好相应的记录工作,从客观的角度分析记录结果,再适当改进教学策略,并制定完善的幼儿教育培养计划,促进幼儿教学活动的针对性提高,提升幼儿教学效率。 Under the background of the new era,people pay more attention to Early Childhood Education work and put forward higher requirements for preschool education.Kindergarten teachers are the decisive force to promote the reform and development of preschool education,and the professional ability of kindergarten teachers is directly related to the high-quality growth of children.When writing learning stories,kindergarten teachers should carefully observe children’s behaviors such as making friends and learning,and cooperate with the corresponding recording work,analyze the recording results from an objective perspective,and then appropriately improve teaching strategies,and formulate a complete Early Childhood Education training plan,to promote the pertinence of children’s teaching activities and improve the efficiency of children’s teaching.
