摘要
对于教师专业发展来说,教学反思是一个不容忽视的重要途径,教学反思包括多方面的内容,比如说教学反馈、教学行为、教学过程、教学设计、教学观念等等。针对教师进行的反思训练方式有课程观摩、教师间的交流、理论学习、反思日记等。
For the professional development of teachers,teaching reflection is an important way that cannot be ignored.Teaching reflection includes many aspects,such as teaching feedback,teaching behavior,teaching process,teaching design,teaching concepts,and so on.The reflection training methods for teachers include course observation,communication between teachers,theoretical study,reflection diary and so on.
