摘要
香港知识精英在政治变革的进程中充当了重要的前哨角色,他们在知识资源上既专业又垄断,因作为利益共同体而认同度高,但这种认同具有明显的有限性。他们对政治的态度既具依附性又充满不确定性。面对香港逐渐脱离西方政治体系的现实境遇,他们依然大力推崇自由主义的符号象征,设计政治事件和暴力事件,并通过垄断的平台控制和引导舆论,虚构未来,给香港未来发展带来了新的不确定因素。针对香港严峻的政治生态,国家在推动香港发展的政策中可以在知识资源、精英队列、民众福祉和行政法制等维度予以积极的回应。
Hong Kong’s intellectual elite in the process of political change ACTS as an important outpost role,they are both professional and monopoly on knowledge resources,highly esteemed by community of interests,political attitude is most dependent and uncertainty.In the face of Hong Kong gradually from the reality of western political system,is still a symbol for vigorously promoting liberal,design of political events and violence,and through the monopoly platform control and guidance of public opinion,fiction’s future development.For Hong Kong’s austere political ecology,it can also respond positively to such dimensions as intellectual resources,elite queues,popular welfare and administrative law.
