摘要
2020年发布的车用电池国家标准GB 38031:2020将于2021年1月1日起正式实施,作为车用动力电池首个强制性国家标准必将备受关注。其中热稳定性测试是新增加的安全测试项目,考量在极端恶劣滥用条件下电池系统防御外部火烧和内部热扩散的能力,对电池系统的安全性能提出更高要求。本文对标准GB 38031:2020进行解析,以期为车用电池生产和使用企业研究热事件报警信号和报警阀值提供技术参考,避免产品在后续市场准入中遭受影响。
The National Standard GB 38031:2020 for vehicle batteries has been released in 2020,will be officially implemented from 2021.As the first mandatory National Standard for Vehicle Power Batteries,it will certainly receive much attention.The thermal stability test is a newly added safety test item,considering the ability of the battery system to protect itself from external fire and internal thermal diffusion under extremely abusive conditions,which need higher requirements for the safety performance of the battery system.In this paper,the standard GB38031:2020 is analyzed to provide a technical reference for the research of hot event alarm signal and alarm threshold for vehicle battery production and use enterprises,to avoid the products being affected in the following market access.
