摘要
耐水性是大多数高分子材料应用的基本要求,基于丝素蛋白(SF)分子链上分布有较多的亲水性基团,引入端部携带两个—COOH的己二酸(AA)来诱导SF大分子有序自组装制备水不溶性的SF膜。低温(40℃)热风干燥的纯SF膜在37℃热水中全部溶解,当AA与SF共混质量比由0.5∶100增加至2.5∶100时,SF/AA复合膜的热水溶失率由84.6%下降为6.6%,低于乙醇处理的纯SF膜的热水溶失率(14.5%);加入AA共混并结合乙醇处理,进一步提高了SF膜的耐水稳定性,其中当AA与SF质量比为1.5∶100时,热水溶失率下降为3.4%。FTIR和XRD分析结果显示,AA分子与SF大分子之间形成稳定的氢键,并能促进SF膜形成相对较多的α螺旋结构和更规整的SilkⅡ结晶结构。
Water resistance is a basic requirement for most polymer material applications.Based on many hydrophilic groups distributed on the silk fibroin(SF)molecular chain,a type of water insoluble SF film was prepared and orderly self-assembled by introducing of adipic acid(AA),which contains two—COOH at the molecular ends.The pure SF film dried by hot air at low temperature(40℃)completely dissolved in hot water(37℃).When the mass ratio of AA to SF increased from 0.5∶100 to 2.5∶100,the hot water dissolution rate of SF/AA composite film decreased from 84.6%to 6.6%,which was lower than that of the pure SF film treated with ethanol(14.5%).In ethanol treatment group,the water resistance stability of SF film was further improved by blending AA.When the mass ratio of AA to SF was 1.5∶100,the hot water dissolution rate decreased to 3.4%.FTIR and XRD analysis showed that the hydrogen bonding between AA molecules and SF macromolecules was stable,and promoted the formation of moreα-helix and more regular SilkⅡcrystals of SF films.
