几种现代检测技术在桑叶活性成分和有害物质残留分析中的应用

Application of Several Modern Detection Methods to Analysis of Active Ingredient and Residue of Harmful Substance in Mulberry Leaf

摘要 桑叶原料的品质与安全性是其药食用途开发利用的前提条件,因此需要建立适用于对桑叶营养与活性成分以及有毒有害物质残留进行定性、定量检测的技术方法,近10多年色谱技术、质谱技术、光学分析技术、毛细管电泳技术、酶抑制法快速检测技术、比色法技术等现代检测技术已得到了较为广泛的应用。本文综述上述现代检测技术在桑叶活性成分鉴定与定量分析,以及桑叶微量元素、农药残留测定和虫害损伤状况分析中的应用研究进展,以期为桑叶多用途开发利用的质量安全控制提供技术参考。 Quality and safety of mulberry leaf are the prerequisites for its development and utilization as food and medicine.Therefore,it is necessary to establish detection methods suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of nutrition,active ingredient and residue of toxic and harmful substance in mulberry leaf.Modern detection technology has been widely used in recent 10 years like chromatography,mass spectrometry,optical analysis,capillary electrophoresis,enzyme inhibition rapid detection and colorimetry.In this study,application and research progress of these methods are summarized in the field of identification and quantitative analysis of active components in mulberry leaf,determination of trace element and pesticide residue,and analysis of pest damage to mulberry leaf,so as to provide technical reference for the quality and safety control of multiple development and utilization of mulberry leaf.
