摘要
为了解决采油井油管内壁油蜡地面清洗时间长,以及清洗产生的污油、污水容易造成环境污染等问题,开展了螺旋式油管内壁在线刮蜡装置的研究。通过液压方式推动该刮蜡装置沿油管内壁下行刮蜡,当该刮蜡装置遇阻时,解堵喷头喷射出高温高压射流,对该刮蜡装置底部堆积的油蜡进行强力冲刷并将其融化成液态,从而解除卡阻并顺利刮蜡至管柱底部。现场应用结果表明,油管内壁清洗时间由原来的平均8h左右缩短为1.5h左右,提高工作效率80%以上,刮蜡一次合格率为100%。该刮蜡装置将传统的油管地面清洗转化为井筒内清洗,清洗产生的污油、污水返排至回收装置,有效避免了环境污染,应用前景较好。
In order to solve the problems of long cleaning time when cleaning the oil and wax attached on the inner wall of tubings in the producers on the ground,and environmental pollution caused by the sewage oil and waste water,the spiral on-line wax scraping device for cleaning inner wall of tubings was developed.The wax scraping device is driven downward inside the tubing by hydraulic pressure to scrape wax.When the wax scraping device encounters resistance,a HTHP jet is ejected from the unblocking nozzle,which forcefully washed and melted the accumulated oil and wax at the bottom of the wax scraping device into liquid state,so as to remove the blockage and scrape the wax to the bottom of the pipe string smoothly.The results of field application showed that the cleaning time for the wax attached on the inner wall of tubing was shortened from 8 hours to 1.5 hours;the work efficiency was improved more than 80%;and the one-time qualified rate of wax scraping was 100%.The wax scraping device transforms the traditional cleaning of tubings on the ground into the wellbore cleaning,and the sewage oil and waste water generated from the cleaning operation are discharged back to the recovery device,thus effectively avoiding the environmental pollution,which has good application prospect.
