塔木察格油田水平井压裂效果影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors for horizontal well fracturing effect in Tamtsag Oilfield

摘要 针对塔木察格油田构造低部位、坝间薄层滩砂发育区的特低渗透储层直井开发效益不达标的问题,应用水平井体积压裂提高储量动用,但水平井压裂产能影响因素不明确。通过筛选14项油藏地质及压裂工程影响因素,利用灰色关联分析各因素对水平井压裂后300d累计产油量的关联程度,得出各因素的量化影响权重。分析结果显示,油层段长度、油层厚度、水平段长度、加砂规模、加液规模、簇间距与水平井压裂后300d累计产油量呈较好的正相关性,是压裂效果的地质与工程的主控因素,表明优质的油层钻遇率及纵向油层的整体动用对压裂后效果起决定性作用,而密切割、高强度的体积改造是水平井产能的工程保障,可通过提高水平井油层钻遇率、优化压裂施工规模及裂缝簇间距来提升水平井开发效果。挖掘评价压裂数据能明确压裂效果的主控因素,可为塔木察格油田下一步的水平井压裂优化设计提供指导及理论依据。 In order to solve the problem of low development benefit of vertical wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs in the interdam thin sand area of Tamtsag Oilfield with low-lying structure,the horizontal well volume fracturing was applied to improve the production,but the influencing factors for horizontal well after fracturing effect was not clear.Through screening 14 factors affecting reservoir geology and fracturing engineering,the correlation degree of each factor on the 300-day cumulative oil production after horizontal well fracturing was analyzed by the gray correlation analysis,and the quantitative influence weight of each factor was obtained.The results showed that the length of reservoir interval,thickness of reservoir,length of horizontal interval,volume scale of sand and fluid injection,cluster spacing had the good positive correlation with the 300-day cumulative oil production after horizontal well fracturing,which were the main control factors of fracturing effect in geology and engineering.The high-quality drilling rate of reservoir and the whole production of vertical reservoir played a decisive role in the post-fracturing effect,and high-intensity volume stimulation with close cutting was the engineering guarantee for the productivity in horizontal wells.The development effect of horizontal well could be improved by increasing the payzone drilling rate,optimizing the fracturing operation scale and the spacing of fracture clusters.Tapping the evaluating data of fracturing can identify the main control factors for fracturing effect,and provide guidance and theoretical basis for the optimization design of horizontal well fracturing in Tamtsag Oilfield in the future.
