摘要
针对现有检验方法无法准确评价压裂用聚合类支撑剂性能的情况,开展了大庆油田压裂用聚合类支撑剂检测技术研究。根据聚合树脂材料特点,从物理、化学、机械性能等方面进行了系统研究,确定聚合类支撑剂检验项目12项,重新确定筛析、破碎率等9项基础项目技术指标,并新增吸水膨胀系数、有机物含量、玻璃化温度3项检验项目及检验方法。室内实验结果表明,新增检验项目和检验方法可行。研究的压裂用聚合类支撑剂检测技术,为提升该种类产品质量和保障压裂施工效果提供了技术支撑。
In view of the fact that the existing test methods can not accurately evaluate the performance of polymer proppant for fracturing,the study on test technology of polymer proppant for fracturing in Daqing Oilfield has been carried out.According to the characteristics of polymeric resin materials,the physical,chemical and mechanical properties of polymeric proppant were studied systematically,the 12 test items of polymeric proppant and technical indexes of 9 basic items such as sieving and crushing rate were redefined,and the 3 items of water absorption expansion coefficient,organic content and glass transition temperature and test methods were added.The results of laboratory experiments showed that the new test items and methods were feasible.The test technology of polymer proppant for fracturing has provided the technical support for improving the quality of the product and ensuring the fracturing operation effect.
