摘要
目前油管输送射孔的起爆装置、延时装置和安全传爆装置的本体均为一次性消耗品,且配套使用的火工品数量多,导致油管输送射孔的起爆成本比电缆射孔增加较多。针对这一问题,开展了油管输送射孔无线声波起爆技术研究。利用地面系统发出特定编码形式的声波信号,通过油管柱向井下传输,当井下接收装置接收的信号与预设的信号匹配后,向外输出发火电流,控制雷管及射孔枪串起爆。在大庆油田累计现场应用32口井,降低油管输送射孔起爆成本,同时也为现场施工提供更加安全、可靠的技术保障。
At present,the initiation device,the delay device and the safety explosion transmitting device of tubing conveyed perforation are all disposable consumables,and quantity of matched initiating explosive devices is large,which caused the initiation cost of tubing conveyed perforating higher than that of cable perforation.In order to solve these problems,the research on wireless acoustic explosion-initiation technology for tubing conveyed perforation has been conducted.The ground system was used to send out a specific coded acoustic signal,which was transmitted to the downhole through the tubing string.When the downhole received signal and the preset signal were matched,the downhole receiver would produce the firing current to control the explosion-initiation of detonator and perforating gun string.The technology has been applied to 32 wells in Daqing Oilfield,which reduces the explosion-initiation cost of tubing conveyed perforation and provides a safer and more reliable technical support for the field operation.
