大庆油田致密油采油工程解决方案及技术应用研究

Research on the solution and technical application to tight oil production engineering in Daqing Oilfield

摘要 大庆油田外围非常规储量是油田产能接替的重要组成部分,与大庆长垣相比,外围油田非常规致密油储层单层厚度薄、纵向集中度差、横向连续性差,采用斜直井、水平井、直—平联合等多种开发方式,但储量资源劣质、原油品质差,效益开发难度大。为实现非常规储层效益建产,采油工程方案针对致密油多井型布井特点,通过油藏、钻井、采油、地面等多专业协同设计,开展射孔、压裂、举升一体优化,制定了射孔、压裂一体化完井、地质工程一体化建模以及全生命周期举升等解决方案,应用了等孔径射孔弹、连续油管压裂、超长冲程抽油机等降本增效技术。现场累计实施51个致密油产能区块方案,投产井近1500口,累计产油在170×10^(4)t以上,取得较好的应用效果。该研究为致密油储层的有效开发提供了借鉴。 Unconventional reserves in the periphery of Daqing oilfield are an important part of the productivity succession.Compared with Placanticline of Daqing oilfield,the thickness of the single layer of unconventional tight oil reservoirs in the periphery is thin,the concentration of reservoir in vertical direction and the continuity ofreservoir in horizontal direction are poor.Although a variety of development methods,such as inclined wells,horizontal wells,straight-horizontal combination and other development methods are adopted,the benefit development is still difficult due to the inferior reserves and the poor quality of crude oil.In order to realize the benefit production of unconventional reservoir,the oil production project was designed by multi-specialty cooperation,such as reservoir,drilling,oil production and surface engineering according to the characteristics of tight oil multi-well pattern.The integrated optimization of perforating,fracturing and lifting has been carried out,and the solutions including integrated well completion of perforating and fracturing,integrated modeling of geological engineering and whole life cycle lifting have been formulated.The technologies including equal-size perforating cartridge,coiled tubing fracturing and super-long stroke pumping unit have been applied to reduce cost and increase efficiency.Totally 51 tight oil production block schemes have been implemented on site,about 1500wells were put into production,and the cumulative oil production was above 170×10^(4)t.The research has provided a reference for the effective development of tight oil reservoirs.
