直井连续管精细分层压裂技术在薄差层井的研究与应用

Research and application of fine separate layer fracturing technology by coiled tubing in vertical wells for thin&poor formations

摘要 近年来,随着开发的不断深入,井层条件逐年变差,直井三类储层及薄差层采用常规压裂工艺效果差,施工效率低。为了进一步提高该类储层的改造效果,开展了直井连续管精细分层压裂技术研究。通过连续管精准定位技术研究、施工参数优化及现场施工控制,最终形成了现场校深方法、不同储层的施工规模优化、射孔控制方法,研制了一体式单流+平衡阀底封拖动压裂工具。直井连续管精细分层压裂技术现场应用129口井2105层,小层压开率达到99.8%,最小改造厚度为0.2m,单井最多细分39层,分层能力为0.9m,压裂后平均单井初期日产油量为4.1t,是同区块常规压裂井的3.1倍,单日最多压裂19段,施工效率较常规压裂提高50%。该技术可实现各小层的均衡改造,提高储层改造效果的同时提高施工效率,可在多薄差层井推广应用。 In recent years,with the deepening of development,the formation conditions in wells have deteriorated year by year.The conventional fracturing technology has poor effect and low operation efficiency for tertiary reservoirs and thin&poor formations in vertical wells.In order to further improve the stimulation effect in this type of reservoir,the research on fine separate layer fracturing technology by coiled tubing in vertical wells was carried out.Through the research on precise positioning technology by coiled tubing,optimization of operation parameters and on-site operation control,the depth correction method at site,the operation scale optimization of different reservoirs,and the perforation control method are finally formed,and the integrated fracturing tools with single-flow+balance valve bottom packer dragging method were developed.The coiled tubing fine layered fracturing technology in vertical wells has been applied in 129 wells with 2105 layers,the thin layer opening rate reached 99.8%,the minimum stimulation thickness is 0.2 m,the single well can be subdivided into 39 layers at most,the layering capacity is 0.9m.The average initial daily oil production of a single well is 4.1 t after fracturing,which is 3.1 times that of conventional fracturing wells in the block.A maximum of 19 intervals are fractured in a single day,and the operation efficiency is 50%higher than that of conventional fracturing technology.This technology can realize even reform of each sub-layer,improve the effect of reservoir reform,and raise the operation efficiency,and can be popularized and applied in multi-thin and poor layers in the wells.
