摘要
为了提高套管外浅层水外漏治理的成功率,研究了重打水泥帽治理浅层水外漏工艺。在实践中针对不同特点的浅层水外漏井,有针对性地探索了不同的技术措施,主要包括间歇灌注水泥浆措施、多孔分层段布孔措施、封隔器挤注水泥浆措施及焊固结合措施,优化了重打水泥帽治理浅层水外漏工艺方法。同时,在实践中发现重打水泥帽治理浅层水外漏工艺仍然存在一些不足,探讨了解决方案。该工艺现场应用14口井,一次治理成功率由62%提高到85%。实践证明,优化后重打水泥帽治理浅层水外漏工艺方法可以改善注水泥浆封固效果,探索的这4种技术措施可以有效提高套管外浅层水外漏治理成功率。
In order to improve the success rate of treating shallow water leakage outside the casing,the technology of resetting the cement cap to control the shallow water leakage was studied.In practice,the corresponding technical measures have been explored according to the different leaking characteristics of shallow water wells,mainly including intermittent pumping cement slurry,arranging holes in porous separate layer sections,squeezing cement slurry with packers,and combination of welding and solidification.The technology of resetting the cement cap to control the shallow water leakage was optimized.At the same time,it has been found in practice that there were still some shortcomings in the process of resetting the cement cap to control the shallow water leakage,and the solution was discussed in the paper.The technology has been applied to 14 wells,and the primary treatment success rate increased from 62%to 85%.Practice has proved that the optimized resetting cement cap treatment to control the shallow water leakage can improve the sealing effect of cement slurry,and the above four technical measures can effectively improve the success rate of shallow water leakage treatment outside the casing.
