摘要
针对水平井分段化学堵水,带压候凝中堵剂卡管柱,导致工艺管柱无法顺利起出问题,开展移位滑套式桥塞的研制。设计了插接分体式卡瓦及滑套机构,卡瓦应用内置剪断环的方式,保证了锚定可靠性,滑套依靠弹簧爪形变及填料密封实现了开关功能。桥塞主体主要采用铝合金及复合树脂材料,中心管采用大通径结构设计,并对中心管强度进行校核,在满足强度的前提下,提高了磨铣性能。通过桥塞的坐封、承压、磨铣和滑套开关性能检测试验表明:桥塞坐封、丢手正常,双向承压30MPa,磨铣性能良好,滑套打开、关闭顺畅。该桥塞的研制为水平井分段化学堵水提供了工艺技术保障。
The pipe string can be stuck by the plugging agent during its solidification period in separate layer chemical water plugging operation with pressure in horizontal wells,which leads to the failure of tripping the pipe string,so the development of shift bridge plug with shift sliding sleeve was conducted.The plug-in split slip and sliding sleeve mechanism were designed,and the shear ring was built inside the slip to ensure the reliability of anchoring.The sliding sleeve realizes the switch function by relying on the spring claw deformation and the packing seal.The main body of the bridge plug is mainly made of aluminum alloy and composite resin materials,the central tube was designed with a large diameter structure,and the strength of the central tube was checked to improve the milling performance on the premise of enough strength.The detection tests of bridge plug by setting,pressure bearing,milling and sliding sleeve switch performance showed that the setting and releasing of the bridge plug were all normal,and the two-way pressure bearing was up to 30 MPa with good milling performance and smooth opening and closing the sliding sleeve.The development of the bridge plug has provided technical support for the separate layer chemical water plugging technology in horizontal wells.
