摘要
为解决游梁式抽油机结构复杂、冲程和冲次调节受限等因素导致的采油井泵效低、机采能耗高等问题,设计研制了一机双井超长冲程抽油机。该装置应用于两口井距邻近的采油井,即两套超长冲程抽油机共用一套动力驱动系统,通过电机直驱滚筒的方式,带动柔性光杆、井下抽油杆及抽油泵进行往复运动,完成整个采油过程。该技术将最大冲程提高至50m,当一口井上行时另一口井下行,实现两口井上冲程、下冲程载荷相互平衡,节约电能。现场试验表明,与应用常规抽油机相比,一机双井超长冲程抽油机平均单井泵效提高17.1个百分点,吨液百米耗电降低0.5k W·h/(t·100m),系统效率提高21.9个百分点,节电率为45.5%。一机双井超长冲程抽油机实现了人工举升领域的新突破,可为大庆油田低产机采井节能提效提供技术支撑,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to solve the problems of low pump efficiency and high energy consumption in artificial lifting wells caused by the complex structure and limited change of stroke and frequency in beam pumping units,the super-long stroke pumping unit with one pump driving two wells was designed and developed.The device was applied to two oil producers close to each other,and two sets of super-long stroke pumping units shared a set of motor drive system.Through directly driving the drum by electric motor,the flexible polish rod,downhole sucker rod and pump were driven to reciprocate and accomplish the whole process of oil production.The technology can increase the maximum stroke up to the 50 m.when the horse head of one well goes up and the other well goes down,the load of upstroke and downstroke in the two wells were balanced so as to save the electric energy.Field tests showed that compared with the conventional pumping units,the average pump efficiency of single well increased by 17.1%;the power consumption of 100 meters per ton of liquid reduced by 0.5 k W·h/(t·100 m);the system efficiency increased by 21.9%;and the power saving rate was 45.5%in the super-long stroke pumping unit with one pump driving two wells.The technology has achieved the new breakthrough in artificial lifting,which can provide technical support for saving the energy and increasing the efficiency for producers with low production in Daqing Oilfield and it has broad prospect for application.
