摘要
为进一步提高注水合格率,解决测试工作量大等问题,研究了基于模糊PID控制的智能配水器流量自动控制技术。通过对模糊PID控制器设计原理的分析,确定了PID参数的模糊化规则,并根据规则进行PID参数的模糊化;采用直流电机作为执行元件使流量调节阀达到预定的开度位置。室内实验表明,基于模糊PID控制的智能配水器,实现了对流量调节阀开度的精准控制,模糊PID控制算法通过对参数的在线整定,既可以消除稳态误差,又可以降低流量控制系统的延迟,同时具有较强的抗干扰性能。该技术提高了流量控制系统的自动测调效率,为注水井自动测调提供了技术支持。
In order to further improve the qualified rate of water injection and solve the problem of heavy test workload,the automatic flow rate control technology for intelligent water distributor based on fuzzy PID control was studied.Through the analysis of the design principle of fuzzy PID controller,the fuzzy rules of PID parameters were determined,and the fuzzy PID parameters were carried out according to the rules.The DC motor was used as the actuator to adjust the flow rate regulating valve to the predetermined opening position.Indoor test showed that the intelligent water distributor realized the accurate control of the opening of flow rate valve based on fuzzy PID control.Fuzzy PID control algorithm can not only eliminate steady-state error,but also shorten the delay of flow control system with strong anti-interference performance through on-line tuning of parameters.The technology improves the automatic regulation efficiency of flow rate control system,and provides the technical support for automatic measurement and regulation of water injection wells.
