压力波无线智能分注工艺研究

Research on wireless intelligent separate layer water injection technology with pressure wave

摘要 为了进一步提升注水合格率,保证注水质量,实现注水井分层注水量的远程调整,开展了压力波无线智能分注工艺研究。该工艺主要由井下智能配水器、地面控制器、远程控制系统组成,实现了办公室与井口的双向远程通信。压力波无线智能分注工艺在杏北开发区应用9口井,测调成功率达100%,测调效率和精度高于常规分注技术,并实现了分层注水量、压力连续监测与调节。该工艺可为特高含水后期精准挖潜提供技术支撑。 In order to further improve the qualified rate of water injection,ensure the quality of water injection,and realize the remote adjustment of separate layer water injection volume in water injection wells,the wireless intelligent separate layer water injection technology with pressure wave was studied.The technology is mainly composed of underground intelligent water distributor,ground controller and remote control system,which can realize the two-way remote communication between office and wellhead.The wireless intelligent separate layer water injection technology with pressure wave has been applied in nine wells in Xingbei development zone.The success rate of measurement and adjustment was 100%.The efficiency and accuracy of measurement and adjustment were higher than those of conventional separate layer water injection technology.Continuous monitoring and regulation of water injection volume and pressure were realized.The technology can provide data support for tapping potential accurately in the later ultra-high water cut period.
