苏丹油田高含水井动态可调找堵水技术研究与应用 被引量:2

Research and application on dynamic adjustable water detection and pluggingtechnology for high water-cut wells in Sudan Oilfields

摘要 针对常规找堵水工艺存在不可动态调控、施工周期长等问题,研制了适应于苏丹油田高含水井的动态可调找堵水工艺管柱。对于出砂严重的潜油电泵井,研制多级可钻封隔器配合同径管插入方式,保证砂埋时管柱顺利起出,解决管柱防砂卡问题;针对漏失严重潜油电泵井,采用压电控制开关,在严重漏失情况下,保证从地面向井内传递准确、可靠的压力信号,提高找堵水工艺管柱可靠性和成功率。现场试验6口井,作业成功率为100%,工艺管柱耐温120℃,耐压35MPa,使用寿命超过5年,平均含水率下降51.2%,最大降幅77.1%,可有效控制含水率快速上升。现场应用表明,该工艺满足苏丹油田高含水井开采需要,可以避免由于过高含水而导致的减产或关井。 The dynamic adjustable water detection and plugging technical pipe string suitable for high water-cut wells in Sudan Oilfields was developed in order to solve the problems of non dynamic control and long operation period,etc.existed in the conventional water detection and plugging technologies.The insertion approach of multi-stage drillable packers matched with same diameter pipe was developed for the electric submersible pump wells with heavy sand flow to ensure that the pipe strings buried by sand can be pulled out smoothly,so as to prevent sand-stuck accidents happened in pipe strings.The piezoelectric controlled switch was used for electric submersible pump wells with serious leakage to ensure that accurate and reliable pressure signals can be transmitted from surface to the wellbore,which improves the reliability and success rate of technological pipe string for water detection and plugging.In the field tests of 6 wells,the success rate of operation was 100%,with the temperature of 120℃and pressure of 35MPa.Its service life exceeds 5 years.The average water-cut is 51.2%,and the maximum drop is 77.1%.,which can effectively control the rapid rise of water cut.Field application proves that the technology is satisfied to oil production requirements of high water-cut wells in Sudan Oilfields,and it is able to avoid any decrease of production or shut-in wells caused by excessive high water-cut.
