摘要
针对大庆油田喇嘛甸储气库未开展过井筒检测技术和安全评估、套管柱存在安全使用风险的问题,开展了套管柱测井技术实践和安全评估研究。通过优选测井技术,进行现场检测实践,运用统计学分析原理对套管壁厚解释结果进行对比分析,探索低成本、高精度测量井下套管柱损伤情况的有效途径,并在此基础上对储气库井套管柱的剩余壁厚进行力学分析,评估套管柱的安全使用状况。实践结果表明:在多种起油管测井技术的组合检测下, PIT、 CAST-V、 MIT等检测技术能较为直观地反映套管柱的壁厚减薄、腐蚀等现状;过油管检测技术在套管壁厚解释精度上存在不足;通过计算分析套管柱的剩余强度,得出最小抗内压和最小抗外挤安全系数分别为1.34和1.28,均高于储气库注采管柱选用和设计标准,套管柱处于安全使用状态。该研究为喇嘛甸储气库长期安全运行提供了重要技术支撑。
In view of the problems that the wellbore detection technology and safety assessment have not been applied in Lamadian gas storage of Daqing Oilfield and the risk of safety existed in casing string,the practice and safety assessment of casing string detection by logging technology have been carried out.Through the optimization of logging detection technology,the detection practice was made in the field application,so as to explore the effective ways to measure the damage of downhole casing string with low cost and high precision according to the principle of statistical analysis for analyzing the interpretation results of casing wall thickness.On this basis,the mechanical analysis of the residual wall thickness of casing string in gas storage wells was analyzed to evaluate the safety condition of casing string.The logging practice results showed that under the combined detection of various logging technologies for tubings,the detection technologies such as PIT,CAST-V and MIT could directly reflect the current situation of wall thickness decrease and corrosion of casing string.However,there are some deficiencies in the accuracy of casing wall thickness interpretation through tubing detection technology.The analysis of residual strength of casing string shows that safety factors of minimum internal pressure resistance and the minimum external extrusion resistance are 1.34 and 1.28 respectively,which were higher than the selection and design standard for injection and production strings in gas storage,and the casing string is in safe condition.The research provides the important technical support for the long-term safety operation in Lamadian gas storage.
