摘要
针对大庆油田日产液量大于80t的高含水高产液井,为了减少地面无效水循环,降低采油井采出液含水率,研制了井下油水分离同井注采技术。井下采出螺杆泵与注入电泵机组为两套运行系统,排量独立调节,保证了技术系统的高效分离及灵活的生产制度,配套使用了井下监测装置和远程监控等技术,实现了注采系统运行状态及参数的实时监测和及时调整。现场试验效果表明:措施后,3口试验井平均日产液量降低了74.05%,平均含水率下降了4.1%,平均免修期达到620d,年节约地面水处理量达10.7×104t,取得了较好的试验效果及经济效益。井下油水分离同井注采技术对高含水高产液井具有良好的稳油控水效果,为油田高含水高产液井的经济开采提供了新思路,具有广泛的应用价值。
As for the high water cut and high production liquid wells with daily liquid production of more than 80 t in Daqing Oilfield,the downhole oil-water separation technology for injection-production in the same well has been developed,so as to reduce the surface ineffective water circulation and lower the water cut in the production liquid of producers.The downhole screw pump for production and pump unit for injection are two sets of operation systems.The displacement is adjusted independently,which guarantees the efficient separation of technical system and flexible production system.The downhole monitoring devices and remote monitoring technology are matched together to realize the real-time monitoring and timely adjustment for operation status and parameters of injection-production.Field test results showed that the average daily liquid production of three test wells decreased by 74.05%;average water cut decreased by 4.1%;average repair-free period reached 620 days;and the annual surface water treatment volume was saved by 10.7×10~4 t after taking measures.Good test results and economic benefits have been achieved.Downhole oilwater separation technology for injection-production in the same well has a good effect of stabilizing oil and controlling water in high water cut and high production liquid wells,which provides a new idea for the economic exploitation of high water cut and high production liquid wells in oilfields with wide application value.
