摘要
该文论述高水平专业群建设背景下教师教学创新团队建设与实践,首先分析了职业院校教师教学创新团队建设的意义与内涵,其次结合广西国际商务职业技术学院教师教学团队建设过程以及实践面临的问题和现实困难,通过研究设计创新团队的建设路径,结合区域经济发展,从找准方向、设立目标、搭建平台、完善机制等方面推动教师团队的建设和优化,最后从实践角度提炼了实践模式,依托产业学院提升团队成员专业协作合力,打造共同体,实现教师教学创新团队建设水平的整体提升等,从而实现教学创新团队的建设目标,发挥团队的辐射和引领作用。
This article discusses the construction and practice of teacher teaching innovation teams under the background of high-level professional group construction.Firstly,it analyzes the significance and connotation of teacher teaching innovation team construction in vocational colleges.Combined with the problems and practical difficulties faced by the teacher teaching team of Guangxi International Business Vocational College in the construction process and practice,it studies and designs the construction path of innovation teams,combines regional economic development,finds the right direction,sets goals,builds platforms,and improves mechanisms to promote the construction and optimization of teacher teams.Finally,a practical model was extracted from a practical perspective,relying on the industrial college to enhance the professional collaboration of team members,build a community,and achieve the overall improvement of the level of teacher teaching innovation team construction,in order to achieve the goal of building a teaching innovation team and play a radiating and leading role of the team.
