摘要
创新创业教育是适应经济社会发展和高等教育发展需要而形成的教育理念,校企合作是培养创新创业人才的重要方式。随着经济的快速发展和产业的变革,培养具备创新创业能力的人才已经成为社会各行业的共同需求。该文针对校企合作培养创新创业人才过程中仍然存在的问题展开探讨,提出了校企合作培养创新创业人才的策略与建议,为创新创业人才培养提供可行方案。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an educational concept formed to meet the needs of economic and social development and the development of higher education.School enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship talents.With the rapid development of economic and industrial transformation,cultivating talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities has become a common demand in various industries in society.This article explores issues that still exist in the process of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and proposes strategies and suggestions for school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,providing feasible solutions for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
