摘要
国务院于2019年启动了“1+X”证书制度的试点工作,给应用型本科高校的转型发展提出了新的思路。应用型本科高校应充分发挥“1+X”证书制度的作用,构建创新型人才培养模式,实现人才培养和企业需求的无缝对接,这对提升应用型本科高校的人才培养能力、提高应用型本科高校的综合竞争力、缓解结构性就业矛盾、推动现代职业教育体系高质量发展具有重要的意义。
The State Council launched the pilot work of the“1+X”certificate system in 2019,providing new ideas for the transformation and development of applied undergraduate universities.Applied undergraduate universities should fully leverage the role of the“1+X”certificate system,construct innovative talent cultivation models,and achieve seamless integration between talent cultivation and enterprise needs.This has important practical significance for enhancing the talent cultivation ability of applied undergraduate universities,improving their comprehensive competitiveness,alleviating structural employment conflicts,and promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education system.
